- The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.
- The item must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

- Used, damaged, or modified products.
- Sale or clearance items.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:

4. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items. AURAX SMIST is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product and inspect its condition:
- A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after the return is received.
- If the return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we may refuse the refund or offer store credit instead.
6. Exchanges

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
